Promotions and Affiliate Terms
Who is authorised to promote us, what they may claim, and how the subscription saving works.

Affiliates: applications open
Our affiliates
We work with a small number of approved affiliates. We do not publish a list of them here, so if you want to check whether someone promoting us is genuine, email support@thehumanremedy.com and we will tell you.
No one else is authorised to promote our products for commission. If you have been approached by anyone else claiming to represent us, email support@thehumanremedy.com and we will confirm whether it is genuine.
What affiliates may and may not say
Our affiliates are bound by the same rules we are. They may describe what the products contain, that every batch is pH tested above 8, and what customers report. They may not claim our products treat, cure or prevent any disease, promise a specific health outcome, or attach a timeframe to one.
Every affiliate must make the commercial relationship clear in any post, video or email that promotes us, using a label such as Ad or Affiliate, as the CAP Code requires. We are responsible for our own marketing and we ask our affiliates to hold to the same standard. If a claim goes beyond what we can support, we will ask for it to be taken down.
Commission and payment
Commission is earned on completed, paid orders that are not later refunded or cancelled. Referrals are tracked by affiliate link for 30 days from the click. Commission is calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid the following month. Commission is not payable on delivery charges, on membership payments, or on any order placed by the affiliate themselves. Commission is paid once your unpaid balance reaches £50. Below that it carries forward to the next month.
Promotions
The £20 saving on the Cleanse Package is a subscription price. It applies when the package is taken on a recurring monthly subscription at £130, against £150 for the three jars bought separately as a one-off. Cancel the subscription and any future order reverts to the one-off price.
We are not running any prize draw or competition at present. When we do, the terms will be published here before it opens, and will state the closing date, who is eligible, how to enter or claim, what the discount or prize is, and how a winner is chosen and notified.
Discount codes
Any code we issue is tied to the partner it was given to, applies only to the products it names, cannot be combined with another code, has no cash value, and can be withdrawn if it is being misused.
