Most people tell us about the routine first: two capsules, before breakfast, settled by week one . Some people notice nothing at all in month one, and that is a normal experience rather than a failed one. That is what the thirty days are for.

Thirty days. Stay with it for the month and we stay with you by email. If you get to the end and you want to tell us how it went, we would rather hear it than have you quietly stop.

Every batch is tested with a meter before it's packed, and it has to read above 8 to go out. Ours are tested above 8. That's a fact about the product, not a promise about you.
What happens in the first month?
A routine. Two capsules from each jar before breakfast, and a jar that lasts the month. Weekly emails from us are part of the Guided Month membership. We do not make claims about how you will feel, and we would rather you told us what you noticed than guessed from a promise we made.
Can I just buy one jar?
Yes, every formula is £50 on its own. The package exists because the three were designed as a set, and it is £20 less a month on subscription.
Is this safe with medication?
