Membership and Subscription Terms

The Guided Month is £30 a month. Here is what is included, how billing works, and how to stop it.

What the membership includes

Week by week guidance on what to expect and when.
A daily log of energy, digestion, food and how you feel, with a report of your whole history.
Twelve guided months: a page and a run of emails for each, timed from the day you press start.
Simple recipes built from the food list, added to over time.
Food lists, and where to buy what is on them — London shops and online stockists for products such as spelt pasta, spelt lasagne and spelt rice.
Member discounts on your product orders.

We add to this over time. We may change or withdraw an individual piece of content, but we will not reduce the membership to less than the substance of what is listed above without telling you first.

Price and billing

Membership is £30 a month, billed monthly. An annual plan is available at checkout at £300, billed once a year, which saves £60 against twelve monthly payments.

Billing starts immediately when you sign up. There is no free trial and no introductory period. Your first payment is taken on the day you join, and each subsequent payment is taken on the same date of the following month, or the same date of the following year on the annual plan. The membership renews automatically, month by month or year by year, until you cancel.

Payments are taken by Stripe using the card you registered. If a payment fails we email you the same day, and again two and five days later if it is still outstanding. Your membership is paused until the payment clears, and everything reopens when it does. Nothing is lost while it is paused.

Cancelling

You cancel from inside your account, using the Cancel Subscription control. You do not need to email us, phone us or give a reason.

Cancelling stops all future billing from the moment you confirm it. On the monthly plan it does not refund the month you have already paid for. You keep access until the end of that month, then access ends.

On the annual plan we refund the unused part of the year, pro rata. We work it out from the number of whole months left after the month you cancel in, at one twelfth of the £300 you paid for each of them. The month you cancel in is not refunded, and you keep access until the end of it.

Worked example: you pay £300 in January and cancel in April. January to April are used, so eight whole months remain and we refund £200.

You also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of joining, whether or not you have used the member content. Because the membership starts straight away at your request, we deduct a proportionate amount for the days you were a member and refund the rest of that first payment. Price changes

If we change the price of membership we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before then and nothing changes for the period you have already paid for.

Content and access

Member content is for your own personal use. You may not share your login, republish the recipes or resell any part of the membership.
