Miss one and you have two options, and neither of them is wrong. Take your usual two of each the next morning and let the jar run a day longer. Same jar, same sixty capsules. Carry on as normal and it lasts a little longer; take four on a morning and you stay on pace. Both end in the same place, which is why there is nothing to fall behind.

What this will not do

It will not do anything dramatic in week one. Plenty of people notice nothing at all for the first fortnight, and that is the normal experience rather than a failed one.
