Two capsules from each jar, once a day, with water, about an hour before you eat. Sixty capsules a jar at two a day is thirty days, so one delivery is one month. The test kit is there so you can see the thing you are being told about rather than taking our word for it.

Nothing renews: this is a single order, and the subscription is a separate product.

Every batch is pH tested with a meter before it is packed. These are food supplements, not medicines, and they are not a treatment for anything.
