Every batch is pH tested with a meter before it is packed, and has to clear 8 or it does not go out.

Supplement information

Food supplement. 60 vegetable capsules, each 1000mg of powdered herb. Recommended daily portion: 2 to 4 capsules (2000mg to 4000mg).

Ingredients

Sarsaparilla root, Quassia bark, Burdock root, Dandelion root, Liquid mineral blend. Vegetable capsule shell.

Directions

Take 2 capsules a day with water, about an hour before food. You can take up to 4 capsules a day: 2 in the morning, about an hour before food, and 2 in the evening, about an hour after food.

Warnings

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose: no more than 4 capsules a day.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Not suitable for children. Keep out of their sight and reach: an accidental overdose of iron is dangerous to them.
  • ALKA-IRON contains iron. Do not take it alongside another iron supplement.
  • If you take prescription medication or are under medical care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.

Allergens and storage

Contains no declarable allergens. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
