Cascara and rhubarb root with sarsaparilla and quassia, and liquid minerals in every capsule. This is the first of the three jars and the one people ask about most.

Sixty size 000 vegetable capsules, each filled with 1000mg of powdered herb. Two a day with water, about an hour before you eat. Sixty capsules at two a day is thirty days.

Read the safety notice before you order. This formula contains cascara. Stick to the daily dose. Stop and speak to your doctor if you get cramps. Do not take it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and speak to your doctor first if you take any medication or have a bowel condition. Not for children.

Every batch is pH tested with a meter before it is packed, and has to clear 8 or it does not go out. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not a treatment for anything.

Food supplement. 60 size 000 vegetable capsules, each filled with 1000mg of powdered herb. The recommended daily portion is 2 to 4 capsules: 2 capsules provide 2000mg, and 4 capsules, the most you should take in a day, provide 4000mg.

Ingredients

Cascara sagrada bark, Rhubarb root, Sarsaparilla root, Quassia bark, Liquid mineral blend. Vegetable capsule shell.

Directions

Take 2 capsules a day with water, about an hour before food. You can take up to 4 capsules a day: 2 in the morning, about an hour before food, and 2 in the evening, about an hour after food.

Warnings

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Do not exceed 4 capsules a day.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of young children.
  • Not suitable for children, or for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Do not take if you have an intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, or unexplained abdominal pain.
  • Stick to the daily dose. Stop and speak to your doctor if you get cramps.
  • If you take prescription medication or are under medical care, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Cascara can affect how other medicines are absorbed.

Contains no declarable allergens. Packed in a facility that also handles other botanical powders. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The batch number and best-before date are on the jar.
