Sea moss and bladderwrack are both cold-water seaweeds, and they are the reason this jar exists. Burdock root sits alongside them, and liquid minerals go into every capsule.

Sixty size 000 vegetable capsules, each filled with 1000mg of powdered herb. Two a day with water, about an hour before you eat. Most people take them before breakfast, because breakfast is the easiest thing in the day to attach a habit to. Sixty capsules at two a day is thirty days, so a jar is a month.

Every batch is pH tested with a meter before it is packed, and has to clear 8 or it does not go out.

Supplement information

Food supplement. 60 vegetable capsules, each 1000mg of powdered herb. Recommended daily portion: 2 to 4 capsules (2000mg to 4000mg).

Ingredients

Irish sea moss, Bladderwrack, Burdock root, Liquid mineral blend. Vegetable capsule shell.

Directions

Take 2 capsules a day with water, about an hour before food. You can take up to 4 capsules a day: 2 in the morning, about an hour before food, and 2 in the evening, about an hour after food.

Warnings

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose: no more than 4 capsules a day.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Keep out of the sight and reach of young children.
  • Not suitable if you take blood thinners (anticoagulants). Speak to your doctor before you take it.
