Does the quiz tell me what is wrong with me?

No. It reads the six answers you give and tells you which of our formulas to start with, and why. It is a guide to the range, not a diagnosis. If a symptom worries you, see a doctor.

Do I have to give my email to see the quiz result?

No. The result appears whether or not you give us an email address. If you do give it, we only add you to our email list if you tick the box asking us to.

Which jar should I start with if I skip the quiz?

Most people start with the Cleanse Package, which is the three jars taken together for a month. If you only ever take one thing from us, take ALKA-FLUSH, and read its safety notice first.

When does membership billing start?

On the day you sign up. Membership is £30 a month, or £300 a year, and there is no free trial, so your first payment is taken immediately and then on the same date each month or each year.

How do I cancel my membership?

From inside your account, using the Cancel Subscription control. No email, no phone call, no reason needed. Cancelling stops future billing straight away. On the monthly plan the month you have paid for is not refunded and you keep access to the end of it. On the annual plan we refund the whole months left in the year, pro rata.

How long does delivery take?

In the UK your order is with you within 2 to 6 working days of ordering. From dispatch it is 3 to 15 working days to Europe, and 3 to 15 working days everywhere else. We dispatch within two working days of confirming your order.

What if I change my mind?

A jar that is still sealed can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once a seal is broken we cannot accept the jar back, because it is a food product. You pay the return postage. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described we replace or refund it whether or not it has been opened. Full detail is on the Returns and Refunds page.

Can I take ALKA-FLUSH while pregnant?

No. ALKA-FLUSH contains cascara and rhubarb root and is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone under 18. Speak to your doctor before taking any supplement while pregnant.

Is there anyone who should not take these?

Anyone under 18. Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding should not take ALKA-FLUSH. If you take prescription medication, read the Product Safety page and check with your doctor.

What does pH 8 tested actually mean?

Every batch is tested with a meter before it is packed, and it has to read above 8 to go out. That is a fact about the product, not a promise about you.

Do I have to change how I eat?

No. Two capsules a day is the routine. The food lists are there if you want to get more out of it.

Are you VAT registered?

No. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.

What is in the liquid minerals?

A plant-derived mineral concentrate. It is in all four jars and listed on every label.

Why sea moss and bladderwrack?

They are the two we build ALKA-LIFE around, and it is the jar people stay on longest. Everything in it is named in full on the label.

What does ALKA-MAGIC do?

It is our alkaline mushroom blend: lion's mane, turkey tail, reishi, chaga, maitake and cordyceps. Two capsules a day. Most people add it after their first cleanse rather than during it.
