ALKA-FLUSH

ALKA-FLUSH is a strong herbal cleanse containing cascara and rhubarb root.

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Not suitable for anyone under 18.
Do not take if you have an intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, or unexplained abdominal pain.
Speak to your doctor first if you take any prescription medication. Cascara can affect how other medicines are absorbed.

Stick to the daily dose. Stop and speak to your doctor if you get cramps.

ALKA-LIFE

ALKA-LIFE contains sea moss, bladderwrack and burdock root, with liquid minerals.

Not suitable for anyone taking blood thinners. Sea moss and bladderwrack contain vitamin K and iodine, both of which can affect how anticoagulant medication works. Speak to your doctor before you take it.

ALKA-IRON and ALKA-MAGIC

Not suitable for anyone under 18.
Speak to your doctor before taking either of them if you take prescription medication or are being treated for a medical condition.
ALKA-IRON contains iron. Do not take it alongside another iron supplement. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is dangerous to children, so keep it out of their reach.
ALKA-MAGIC is made from mushrooms — lion's mane, turkey tail, reishi, maitake, chaga and cordyceps. Do not take it if you are allergic to mushrooms or moulds.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, or a healthy lifestyle.
Do not exceed four capsules of any formula a day.
Check the full ingredient list on the jar if you have a known allergy.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children.

Reporting a reaction

If you have a reaction to anything we have sold you, stop taking it and email support@thehumanremedy.com. Tell us the product, the batch number on the base of the jar and what happened. If your symptoms are serious, contact NHS 111 or your doctor before you contact us.
