Dispatch

Orders are packed and posted from London. We dispatch within two working days of your order being confirmed. You get a confirmation email when the parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

Times below run from dispatch, not from the moment you order.

United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days, so a UK order is with you within 2 to 6 working days of ordering.
Europe: 3 to 15 working days.
Rest of the world: 3 to 15 working days.

These are estimates based on what our couriers actually achieve. They are not guarantees. Customs clearance is the usual reason an international order sits at the longer end of the range.

Delivery costs

Delivery is charged on top of the product price and is calculated from your address. United Kingdom: £6 by Royal Mail Tracked, and free on orders over £120. Europe: £30. Rest of the world: £41.99. The figure is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing is added after that.

Customs, duty and tax

Orders going outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That charge is set by the destination country and is payable by you. We cannot calculate it in advance and we cannot refund it.

If your parcel has not arrived

Wait until the end of the stated window, then email support@thehumanremedy.com with your order number. We will chase the courier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

We post to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within two hours of ordering and we will correct it if the parcel has not already gone. After dispatch we cannot redirect it.
