Take the quiz

Where should you start?

Six questions about how you feel and how you eat. At the end you get the formula to lead with, the dose, and the reason behind it.

Where should I start — quiz

A starting point, not a diagnosis.

This one tells us the most.

Be honest rather than aspirational — it changes what we suggest.

This is the one that decides what we suggest.

ALKA-FLUSH, ALKA-LIFE and ALKA-IRON, the three jars of the Cleanse Package

Your answer

Start with the Cleanse Package

The three are made to be taken together. ALKA-FLUSH is the bitterest of the four, ALKA-LIFE is cold-water sea vegetables, ALKA-IRON is four bitter roots. They were designed as a set.

Two capsules from each jar, once a day, an hour before you eat. Sixty capsules per jar — a full month.

Choose your plan — £150, or £130 on subscription

UK delivery £6, free over £120. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Sealed jars can be returned within 14 days; opened jars cannot, as they are a food product. Dosage and safety notices are on every product page — read them before you order. Herbal supplements are not medicine and this result is not a diagnosis.

A single jar of ALKA-FLUSH

Your answer

Start with one jar

You said you would rather start small, so we are not going to push the full package at you.

£50 each, sixty capsules, a full month. The three work as a set, so one jar is a smaller test rather than the full protocol.

Dosage and safety notices are on every product page — read them before you order. Herbal supplements are not medicine and this result is not a diagnosis.

An open log notebook and pencil, a glass of water, a small dish of capsules and the three Cleanse Package jars on a dark green table in morning light

Your answer

Start with The Guided Month

You said you would like someone checking in through the month, so that is what we are pointing you at rather than a jar to work out on your own.

Week by week, what to expect and when. A daily log of energy, digestion and food. What to do if you miss a day, because everybody does. Member pricing on your next order.

We will send your answer and the matching food list, so you still have it next week. Your result is just below either way.
